On 9 July 2026, the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) published Corporate Tax – Summary of FTA Private Clarifications issued up to May 2026 — a compilation of its own private clarifications. UAE: FTA updates its Corporate Tax guide on Family Foundations
On 10 June 2026 the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) released an updated edition of the Family Foundations Guide (CTGFF1), replacing the 2025 version. The update does not change the rules themselves, but it clarifies how they apply and adds new examples.
